Account deletion
Request removal of your Photo Cat account and saved data.
Email a deletion request
Send your request from the email used for Photo Cat and include “Photo Cat account deletion” in the subject. Email support@photocat.robopioneer.ca.
What to include
- The account email address so ownership can be verified.
- Whether you want saved photos, gallery records, or other user-created content removed as well.
- Only the non-sensitive details needed to locate your account.
What happens next
Support will verify the request and confirm which account records and user-created content can be removed. You can also download or delete saved photos from your account before they are automatically purged. Order, payment, security, or legally required records may be retained by Photo Cat or its commerce partner where required.
