How Photo Cat orders and privacy work
Friendly printing, clear privacy.
Here's what happens when you create a product with Photo Cat, how your order is fulfilled behind the scenes, and how we keep your photos and personal data safe.
How orders and products work
- Create your design. You take photos in the Photobooth, choose a layout, frames, and stickers, then pick a product (like a T-shirt, mug, or tote bag).
- Preview before you commit. You'll see a preview of how your photo strip will appear on the product before you go to checkout.
- Checkout and submit. When you're ready, we collect your shipping details and submit the order directly to our print partner.
- Printed by our production partner. After checkout, we send your design and shipping info to our print-on-demand partner (like Printify) so they can manufacture and ship your product to you.
- Order updates. Once the order is created, we record basic order details so you can view them later in your account.
How we protect your privacy
Photo Cat is designed to be fun and privacy-respectful. Highlights from our privacy approach:
- Control over your photos. You choose which photo strips to save and which products to create. We don't use your photos for marketing without your consent.
- Limited retention. When stored, photos are kept only as long as needed for order processing and a short viewing window, then cleaned up automatically.
- Secure processing. Product manufacturing and shipping are handled by our print partner, using secure industry-standard systems.
